Where customer relationships always matter
Customers require varying degrees of attention, and I am able to bring in the correct balance between customer and organizational needs. Customers are willing to listen to me just as I ensure I give customers the right to speak and be understood. My thoughts and ideas are given importance in influencing customer business relationships
My team efficiency is my focus
Besides prioritizing support functions like daily reports, invoicing, follow ups etc, I support the distributor team requirements as well so that my sales team is free from all these issues and can just focus on converting enquiries into orders. Resolving their issues on priority contributes to my team success and this motivates me to do my job efficiently.

Handling diverse aspects from payments to customer interactions as my sales and service team are in the field are all important components of the same wheel which keeps the Power Technique business moving. As the only woman employee in my team, I am still able to bond together and contribute to the regional success.
