These features combine to make the generators easier to transport and position on site, thereby creating safer conditions.

With electrical power often being required at immediate notice, the QAS 5 generators are based on a ‘plug and play’ connectivity principle that is designed to provide a safe, fast, and flexible energy supply with the minimum of operator hassle. They are equipped with up to 8 sockets, a terminal board and optional power locks.

Did you know that chocolate production relies on compressed air? In fact, compressed air is used for a number of operations at a typical chocolate manufacturing plant.  It is the medium used to propel all the milk processing valves and equipment. It is also used as a means of operating modulating control valves, for purging dust control equipment, and to control offloading and storage equipment.

Our process filters provide sterile filtration of compressed air at point of use to remove microorganisms within the chocolate manufacturing process. Atlas Copco steam filters are also used to produce culinary grade steam, free of rust and dirt at point of use, for direct injection into food products or indirectly for cleaning process equipment.

In a nutshell, without compressed air and air motors, a chocolate factory would not function and we wouldn’t get our chocolate at Easter!
