IMPACT = Integrated Mentorship Program for Air Compressor Technologies
Designed to provide intensive practical and hands-on training, the I.M.P.A.C.T. Program provides new ways to address the learning curve and experience gap in the industry. At the end of the program, the goal is that candidates are ready to take field-based sales positions across the United States.
We are looking for the very best candidates – we are looking for people like you! The program was developed to help garner top talent and focus their development around our industry and our company.
I feel empowered to be a female in this field. When I look back on my career with Atlas Copco in 10-15 years from now, it will give me great pride to have witnessed the increase in volume of women in this industry. To receive this privilege is one I don’t take lightly, and it motivates me to be the best because this is only the beginning of what is to come.
