Shorter cycle times with TurboTight®
TurboTight® dynamically predicts when the target torque is about to be reached and quickly ramps the tool speed down to stop at the target torque. A benefit of this is that it runs fasteners down more quickly. TurboTight® is up to 30% faster than a traditional two step strategy. Thus, the tool is running for a shorter period of time, saving energy in the process.
One controller with multiple tools
Because up to six tools can run on the Power Focus 6000 controller, you will need fewer controllers on the line. Fewer controllers means less energy used. Also, the controller screen dims when the controller is not in use. This means even lower energy use. All of these savings combined can mean up to an 80% savings in energy consumption.
