Chicago Pneumatic Teams Up With Bill McAnally Racing for Another Championship Year
April 9, 2018
Chicago Pneumatic, international manufacturer of professional automotive and industrial tools, announces another great year in partnership with Bill McAnally Racing and their team of young championship drivers.
"We appreciate the support of Chicago Pneumatic," said team owner Bill McAnally. "We rely on the quality of their power and air tools. It was great to have CP on board last year to share in our third consecutive series championship and eighth title overall." The BMR team of Derek Kraus, Cole Rouse, and Hailie Deegan kicked off its season in March with strong finishes at the Bakersfield 175, in pursuit of BMR's fourth consecutive NASCAR K&N Pro Series West championship and ninth series title overall. Kraus pulled past Rouse and the pace car driven by NASCAR driver Kevin Harvick to take first in the race, while Rouse finished 3rd and Deegan took 7th. Kraus, 16, won the series Rookie of the Year Award last year and finished third in overall standings. Rouse, 20, finished eighth in the championship standings as a rookie in 2016, and took a runner-up finish at New Smyrna in February, his first race with BMR. Deegan, 16, is a member of the NASCAR Next program that spotlights NASCAR’s rising stars, and was awarded the 2017 NASCAR Diversity Young Racer award.
