Technology Isn't the Only Thing That Moves Fast in Industrial Tool Sector

Consumer demand for lighter, safer, more powerful tools drives new product technology that must adapt at an accelerated pace. It’s also why Chicago Pneumatic sales, marketing, and customer service team members from all over the world collected at the company’s Rock Hill headquarters and showroom for a comprehensive, one-week training.

These intensive, in-person training sessions introduce new hires to the Chicago Pneumatic team and its line of hundreds of tools and accessories, as well as providing continuing education for the brand’s existing and experienced reps.

“With several new tools being launched in 2018, we want to make sure our sales reps are the experts,” said Chicago Pneumatic Marketing Manager, Billy Lipari. “Knowing the product, fielding any questions, and being able to provide real solutions for our customers is what makes this time so valuable.” Throughout the week, team members got “hands on” with the soon-to-be-released product, testing them alongside Global Product Marketing Manager, Lucas Bryk.
