CP4210AS Squeezer
The CP42 series includes six models of squeezers covering the most frequently used rivets in metal structure repair for aerospace, and their functional design is truly first class. They are silent (as low as 72 dB), with minimum vibration of less than 2,5 m/s², which is imperative for operator comfort and safety. A rotating air inlet provides added flexibility so the user can easily maneuver the squeezer into the right position. The tools deliver a smooth operation, are packed with power, and the jaws are forged from steel for excellent durability. With a choice between C-jaws and Alligator jaws, we have everything you need to best fit your application. The jaws are also available in different sizes so they can be used with any rivets up to 3/16” (4.76 mm) within 3 inches (76 mm) from an edge.
CP4289 Rivet hammer
We also offer seven models of compact rivet hammers available in a wide range. From 1X for the smallest rivets, up to 9X for the larger rivets and they can adeptly handle all aluminum rivets up to 3/8” (9.53 mm) in size.
We are now offering the quality, performance and safety that has become synonymous with the Chicago Pneumatic brand to the aerospace MRO segment. We believe that this range will be a great contributor to our customers improving the quality and ergonomics of their operations at a very attractive cost.
