Portable Air division provides more than 600 portable compressors to Boels Rental

Antwerp, Belgium, 17 November 2021 - Boels Rental, one of the most renowned equipment rental companies in Europe, has placed an order at the Portable Air division for more than 600 portable air compressors, both Stage V diesel units, and E-Air VSD electric mobile compressors.

The purchase of electric-driven E-Air compressors helps Boels Rental to offer emission-free equipment to their customers. Atlas Copco has been focused on energy efficiency for decades and will soon offer a carbon-free solution to every customer in a tough application. Sustainability is also high on Boels Rental’s agenda. Therefore, the company acts by electrifying its fleet and investing in the newest and cleanest technologies.

Boels Rental, Atlas Copco’s key account for more than 20 years, has decided to consolidate the equipment purchasing for their whole group centrally at their headquarters in Sittard, the Netherlands. Every 3-4 years Boels Rental places a big equipment order, and this time they have chosen Atlas Copco once again.

This substantial order comes on top of a smaller one for handheld pneumatic equipment from the Portable Air Division earlier this year. Boels Rental will soon offer a full range of pneumatic equipment to customers all over Europe.
