Pushing the limit
Nur-Project Montazh's pipeline repair project was a complex undertaking. The pipeline, spanning approximately 300 kilometers with a diameter of 1020 millimeters, required careful implementation and prudent precision. The critical project phase involved conducting a final pressure test, pushing the limits to achieve 60 bars.
Seeking rental support
Despite owning a booster B18-62 and three Y1260 compressors, the existing assets of Nur-Project Montazh fell short of meeting the demand for the final pressure test. So, they turned to Atlas Copco for immediate rental support. In response, we provided two XRVS476 compressors, one XRVS946 compressor and two B7-42 boosters. Additionally, we deployed an engineer and an operator to assist Nur-Project Montazh in successfully implementing the solution.
