Atlas Copco Rental helps wine factory face urgent production challenge

13 de Abril de 2018

Daimiel, Ciudad Real, Spain – Bodegas j. Carrion S.A. faced a production challenge. One of their three PET-bottling machines had broken down, which resulted in a production drop of 40%. The wine factory placed two urgent requests with Atlas Copco Rental and the next day, their production was up and running again.

Bodegas j. Carrion S.A. is one of the most important wine producers in Spain and owns several wineries and factories. However, the economic consequences of such a breakdown is something no company can afford. Sergio Arias Guerrero, Marketing coordinator at Atlas Copco Rental Spain and Portugal, explains: “When companies are suffering from an unexpected breakdown, it is important that they can find a fast solution. At Atlas Copco Rental, customers can reach us via different channels: the 24/7 landline or the web form. Our service manager and sales representative will contact the company right away to come up with a Total Solution in order to avoid further challenges.”

“When the customer faced the production challenge, we headed to the factory right away and proposed a safe and complete installation fully matching their requirements. The following day our technicians installed on site:
  • 1 x DXT 85 VSD, 100% Oil-free air high-pressure piston compressor
  • 1 x ZT 160 VSD FF, 100% oil-free class zero compressor
  • AR 2000 16 bar
  • Related accessories
Their production was up and running again in no time, and Bodegas j. Carrion S.A. acknowledged that without our fast and efficient response to come up with the right solution, they would have faced a far worse challenge.”
