What is Atlas Copco Gold Club?

The Atlas Copco Gold Club is established to honor the current and retired employees who have been with Atlas Copco and have served and contributed to the development of the company for 25 years or more. 

The Club members jointly and proudly cement the Atlas Copco culture and spirit, being great ambassadors for our business. 

The Gold Club is a fantastic way of honoring our people, and it enables us to stay in touch and keep a lasting network. It is also intended to strengthen the feeling of solidarity between the Company and the Gold Club members and increase personal contacts and friendship ties between members. 

History of Atlas Copco Gold Club

The Atlas Copco Gold Club was established in Sweden in 1968 on an initiative taken by Kurt-Allan Belfrage, President and CEO at the time. 

The initial number of gold club members was 490.

As of 2020, there are currently 4,000 members worldwide, representing more than 100,000 years of combined experience.

How to become a Gold Club Member?

To become a member of the Atlas Copco Gold Club, an employee has to have worked for the Group for 25 years, regardless if it is an unbroken employment period, or in different periods that collectively add up to 25 years.

​​​​​​​Employees of acquired companies need to complete 25 years in that company, provided that this acquired company has been part of the Group for at least 5 years.
