That's because Atlas Copco will take ownership of the entire process. Moreover, you can work with just one supplier, one point of contact for the design, commissioning and maintenance of your entire system. You also enjoy reduced design costs and a committed partner.
One supplier, 100% quality
• Equipment mounted on skids or inside containers with temperature control
• Electrical systems
• Special instrumentation
• Interconnecting piping from equipment to the point of use
Advanced control systems
Advanced
Our systems can be supplied with advanced PLCs built into the skid or in a stand-alone panel. We typically use Allen Bradley-Rockwell Automation, Siemens SIMATIC S7 series PLCs and Yokogawa systems.
Seamless integration
We ensure your compressed air and industrial gas system integrates nicely into your Distributed Control System (DCS) using field bus communication. It is also possible to have your DCS control your compressed air and industrial gas system.
Skid-mounted benefits
Building the controls into your compressed air or industrial gas skid has distinct benefits. The control system requires less cabling and is much easier to troubleshoot than a stand-alone panel.
