SMARTLINK - Data monitoring solution for your compressor room
To improve your user experience, It is with excitement to announce that SMARTLINK is evolving!
With this new improvement, we want to redefine vision on SmartLink from remote monitoring to the customer portal.
Some key changes on the new portal include;
Improved User Interface
- Brand new look: Redesigned new state of the art look to SMARTLINK
- Customer focused: We have made it easier for you to reach out to us from SMARTLINK, which can be done from the homepage
- Improved access to features: Energy and Uptime features is grouped into focused tabs as compared to KPI tabs in the current SMARTLINK
- Document manager tab added to dashboard: All documents (Eg; Visit Report,Manuals, Technical Documentations) for your equipment can be access in the document manager
- Dashboard only show what is most relevant to you in relation to your license type.
Improved Navigation
- Machine Overview feature will be known as Asset Management (Include Machines tabs, Trend graphs tab, Events tab, Disconnected machines tab)
- Service overview will be known as Maintenance Manager
- Reporting (Report selection will be fairly similar with some changes to the page layout)
- KPI features will be split into specific Uptime and Energy feature
- Additional of Document Manager Feature (To view all documents, ie; Visit Report,Manuals, Technical Documentations)
New developments:
- Notification in service license through the SMARTLINK mobile app.
SMART AIRnet (new development): Solution to continuously monitor the compressed air quality
- Apart from monitoring equipment, users now would be able to install different types of sensor in their distribution of air which will would collect data and send to SMARTLINK (from compressed air equipment all the way to distribution).
Advantages of SMART AIRnet;
- Monitoring the condition of your air distribution (finding leakages)
- Recommendation to users for improvement (example: pressure difference between compressor room and Point Of Use).
