Introducing Ahmad Hariz Rafiz: A Service Planner in the CTS Operations Team
Can you tell us about your journey in Atlas Copco?
My journey at Atlas Copco has been marked by wonderful experiences and growth. Despite a few hiccups along the way, the support of my colleagues and the positive work environment have made every challenge manageable.
Can you tell us about some exciting projects you have participated in?
As a Service Planner at Atlas Copco, one of the challenging issues we faced in the past was managing our Work-in-Progress (WIP) percentage. I have managed to communicate with my operations team and streamline resources to make sure there is a significant reduction in our WIP. Also, in collaboration with the service team, I took part in an initiative to improve backlog management both internally and externally and ensuring that all service contracts are handled correctly in compliance with the agreed-upon terms is essential for maintaining strong relationships with our customers.
Your biggest goal that you have achieved during your time with Atlas Copco?
For me, it is all about customer satisfaction. Whether it is small or big contracts, they hold great importance to us. Only by delivering exceptional service and meeting or exceeding customer expectations that we can sustain and grow our business.
What motivates you?
My goals are my biggest inspiration. I have a clear understanding of why I want to pursue a career in the corporate world and what positions I aim to hold in the next five and ten years. I have set my sights on achieving significant accomplishments. However, I also recognize that good things in life require effort. It's not enough to settle for average. I aspire to become the best in my field, and this ambition motivates me to work smart and step out of my comfort zone. Atlas Copco has a dynamic and inclusive work environment. The company's commitment to fostering a collaborative culture has allowed me to form strong relationships and build a network of supportive colleagues.
