Grant scheme for compressed air users in Northern Ireland

Do you like the idea of getting a new, energy efficient compressor with 20% off the price?

Well, this is a possibility with the 24/25 NISEP scheme! Power NI has secured funding from the Northern Ireland Sustainable Energy Programme (NISEP) to allow businesses in Northern Ireland to get a grant to save 20% of the cost of purchasing Variable Speed Drive compressor technology during 2024/2025.

How to apply for a grant

The grant scheme will open for applications on 8th April, so why not be prepared and do some research now on how much you could save by upgrading to a new Atlas Copco VSD compressor?

Upgrade from a fixed speed to a VSD compressor

If you currently have a fixed-speed air compressor and upgrade it to a VSD compressor you would qualify for the grant. You may also be able to get support from the NISEP scheme if you replace an older VSD compressor with a newer VSD if it shows energy savings. How would you know about the energy savings?
