What is a Total Solution for Compressed Air?
You know you need an air compressor, great! However, did you know that most companies require more than just an air compressor? That is where our total solutions come in handy. It's everything you need all placed in one machine.
The Total Solution is not only Plug & Play but also saves money in floor space, in installation, in pressure drop and also reduces the risk of air leakages in the line. With 70% fewer connects, the smart integration eliminates leaks and pressure drops maximising reliability.
Why is a Total Solution Needed?
As mentioned above, most compressed air installations need more than just a compressor. Usually they need: a compressor, a refrigerant dryer, a tank and two filters. The integration of the dryer, tanks and filters elimnate leaks and pressure losses to increase efficiency and performance for your business.
Quiet operation allows for installation closer to the point-of-use, reducing costs and ensuring a better and safer work environment. Installation is simple and the package can be placed against a wall or even in a corner, saving a lot of space inside the workshop.
Want to Save Money?
Looking to save space and installation costs? If you opt for a total solution, you have just the one expense of the compressor package versus buying each of the accessories separately. This will save you money and space since all the accessories are included inside the actual machine.
The Chicago Pneumatic Rotary Screw fill-feature units offer cycling refrigerated air dryers with stainless steel heat exchanger, integrated compressor and dryer controls for optimum operation, panel mounted dew point indicator, dual filter (both pre and after) mounted and piped, single point condensate drain system with electric drain (115 volt), and high efficiency moisture separator.
Get to know the Integrated Pieces
Air Receiver: sometimes referred to as a compressor air tank, is an important part of any compressed air system. The main purpose of this is to act as temporary storage to house the peaks of demand from your system and to enhance the running efficiency of the warehouse or business.
Line filter:An air line filter is for the purification of compressed air. Filters are used for general purpose protection, removing solid particles, liquid water and oil aerosol. The filter can prevent equipment damage and contamination to the end product.
Air Dryer: Compressed air dryers are special types of filter systems that are specifically designed to remove the water that is innate in compressed air. The process of compressing air raises its temperature and concentrates atmpspheric contaminants, primarily water vapor.
Ease of Maintenance
All the consumables are strategically located in the compressor with an easy access from the front panel, to facilitate and save money on maintenance. All service points are easily reachable, making the servicing and cleaning very simple, a one person job.
The oil-level sight glass is at the front of the compressor, visible without removing any panel. Service warnings through electronic controller.

Refrigerated dryers - CPX series
Chicago Pneumatic Refrigerated dryers from 350 to 84.000 l/min reliably provide dry compressed air and dewpoint up to +3С. Read more
Line filters
Atmospheric air contains impurities like: dust, hydrocarbons and water in form of humidity, which once sucked by the compressor is compressed and delivered to the line together with eventual oily particles. See how our filters take care of this issue!
Air receivers
Suitable for any compressed air solutions, our air receivers decrease the risk of unstable pressure peaks, condensate risk and multiple start/stop of the compressor. Read more
