What is a Mist-Eliminator?
Mist Eliminator separate out water, oil and particulates from the air by using a coalescing filter. Mist eliminators are a heavy-duty coalescing type filter that combine motion along with a barrier filter to remove particulates, condensate and oil from process air.
So what's the big deal?
Removing oil, mist and particles protect the investment in your plant equipment, improve your product quality and reduce your energy cost.
How's it work?
Compressed air purification equipment must have a very low pressure drop, long service life and be strong enough to withstand the most strenuous operating conditions. Protection from oil slugs or compressor air/oil separator failure is essential.
Filter separates impurities such as water and solid particles. Not using filters in combination with tools or equipment leads to shorter service life, higher maintenance costs and lower efficiency.
Original compressor lubricants have a unique formula designed for optimal performance, maximizing compressor lifetime and keeping operational costs to a minimum.

Regardless of the type of compressor you have, vibration issues can be troubling for any business. The root of the vibration can stem from multiple sources, some internally and others externally. Understanding the cause of the vibration and how to resolve them will be critical in keeping your compressor in proper working order.
Regardless of whether or not it actually freezes where you live, most winterization service recommendations are also basic, solid maintenance procedures that will help extend the life and operational efficiencies of air compressors regardless of whether you live in northern Maine or South Florida.
Your company purchased an air dryer for your compressor. One of the most common things we see in the industry are air dryers being stored on top of the compressors. Seems like a wasted space not being used on top of the compressor, right? Wrong.
