1. Tell me about your background?
I graduated from Stamford International University completed with Airline Business Management. I have a few experiences by being the sale representatives for few months after that applied with Passenger Service Agent handling with Qatar Airways, unfortunately, I faced with Covid – 19 situation. Finally, I have a very great applied Rental – Coordinator with Atlas Copco.
2. When did you join Atlas Copco?
I can exactly remember, the first day I’ m work here which is August 31, 2020.
3. Since you have been here for 6 months, what do you like the best in your role?
The best role that I most like handles with an unpredictable situations like when machine down or urgent situation come up, it challenged me that I possible to solve and designed me in which way.
4. What was your greatest achievement in the past 6 months?
My greatest achievement is On-Time Performance, I always work with the idea that I have to hard responsible to keep the task on time and it leads to that I arrange all tasks completed with the performance.
5. What is the most difficult thing in your job?
If talking about what is the most difficult thing in my response, it is technical data that I ever have experienced before. Anyway, all of this thing I can learn from my technician and my boss who always support me very well. This part also challenges the skill that I need to the quick learner and developed myself.
6. Tell me what do you see yourself in next 5 years?
In my next 5 years, I would like to be a manager or Team Leader of operation, I believe that If I do not stop the learner from here, I believe that I can gain experience to develop myself to be better until fit with manager position.
