Atlas Copco offers a range of student programmes including the unique opportunity to gain work experience within Atlas Copco parallel to your studies. Year in Industry placement

The Atlas Copco Year in Industry program is one of our most exciting offerings for students. The program gives you the chance to really get to know the Atlas Group from the inside out. During a period of 12 months, you will gain valuable work experience that will help your future career. You will become an active member of one of our teams and will work alongside some of the industry’s finest minds who will share their knowledge and experience with you. You will have the opportunity to visit one of our product companies or customer centres to broaden your knowledge further. We will pay a monthly salary and will cover travel expenses. 

We work hard to make sure you will get the maximum benefit from your time working with us. Your personal mentor will remain by your side throughout the year to ensure that you get all the support you need for your personal and professional development.

Apprenticeships

We offer a wide range of apprenticeship schemes, where you can earn while you learn! We are passionate about people, and understand the need to nurture the next generation of talent.

Our apprentices bring a fresh and positive approach into the workplace which helps us to create new ideas. 

One main advantage of getting an apprenticeship besides getting the hands on experience is the fact that you get paid for your work. My experience with Atlas Copco was even better than I expected, from day one you get treated in the same way as any other employee and you have the chance to network with a lot of professionals which are always there to help.
