Report a concern

If you suspect something is not right, inform us through our independent whistleblowing system SpeakUp.

Compliance with laws and regulations, as well as with our Code of Conduct is mandatory for all our employees and business partners. To be able to uphold this, it is important that we are made aware of any suspected breaches of laws or of the Code of Conduct. Therefore, we strongly encourage everyone to report any suspected wrongdoing through SpeakUp.

SpeakUp is publicly available to all employees and other stakeholders. It is independently operated by a third party to ensure anonymity and is accessible available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Voice or text messages can be left in more thanover 70 languages.

Proven violations may result in disciplinary action, including termination, and can be reported to local authorities for prosecution. The person raising a concern will not face any retaliation for reporting.

Using SpeakUp is easy:

  • Access the system 24/7
  • Report via phone message or online form
  • Report in your own language
  • Report anonymously with a tracking number
  • Use your tracking number to engage with the investigation team, answer follow-up questions, and check case status
