Atlas Copco has acquired New Hampshire based medical gas systems service suppliers

The two businesses, which have the same owners, have 8 employees in total. The businesses provide medical and laboratory gas services to customers in New England, United States, including annual inspections, consulting and credentialing services, preventative maintenance, parts supply, equipment sales and professional development and training. In 2022, the businesses had revenue of approximately 2 MUSD (approx. 20 MSEK)*
“These are well-respected businesses with an expansive service and inspection team covering the New England region,” said Vagner Rego, Business Area President Compressor Technique. “Their knowledge, technical expertise, agility, and customer relationships will strengthen our presence and speed up our business development in the area. The acquisition will enable us to further strengthen our position as a leading services supplier of medical gas solutions.”
The purchase price is not disclosed. The business will be integrated into BeaconMedaes LLC, which is part of the Medical Gas Solutions Division in the Compressor Technique Business Area.
