Nacka, Sweden, September 3, 2024: The acquisition of Generator Rental Services Limited (“GRS”), a company providing specialty power rental solutions, has been completed.
Specialty power rental company in New Zealand has become part of Atlas Copco Group

GRS, which is headquartered in Auckland, was founded in 1997. The company provides specialty power and temperature control equipment, and the main customer groups can be found within power utility, general industry, and civil construction. The company has 58 employees and revenues of 23 MEUR (263 MSEK*) during the last fiscal year.
The purchase price is not disclosed.
The business has become part of the Specialty Rental division within the Power Technique Business Area.
