Employee engagement survey
It’s clear to us that our passionate and motivated colleagues drive our business success. A continuous dialogue is essential to keep everyone engaged and to create a work environment and culture of innovation, collaboration and trust.
Every other year we perform a global employee engagement survey (INSIGHT) which is distributed to all our colleagues throughout the entire Group. The aim of the INSIGHT survey is to understand and identify challenges and opportunities regarding strategy, leadership, inclusion, diversity, learning and overall satisfaction.
How we use the results
We see the results from the INSIGHT survey as an important feedback channel. The results are completely anonymous and are used for interactive team discussions to identify areas where we can improve and develop in the teams and as an organization.
How do we score?
In our last INSIGHT survey undertaken in the spring of 2023, the participation rate was very high. Around ninety percent of our employees replied to the survey. The global benchmarks displayed in the table below come from our external supplier and are based on data from participating companies and external research.
To what extent do employees agree there is opportunity to learn and grow within the company? The 2023 result (75) was in line with the Group’s goal to be above the global benchmark.
To what extent do employees agree we have a work culture characterized by respect, fairness and openness? The 2023 result was in line with the global benchmark (76).
To what extent do employees feel a sense of belonging within the Atlas Copco Group? The 2023 result (77) was above the global benchmark.
To what extent do employees feel that the organisation takes a genuine interest in employee's safety and well-being? The 2023 result (74) was above the global benchmark.
