With basis in our mission to achieve sustainable, profitable growth, we aim to consider all stakeholders’ perspectives and to ensure that we are a good corporate citizen by doing business ethically and upholding our commitment to the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.
Our central guiding policy is our Code of Conduct, which supports the United Nations International Bill of Human Rights, The International Labour Organization Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, as well as the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises.
Our Human Rights Statement clarifies the Group's commitment to respect and support human rights, which is an integral part of the Code of Conduct. It is applicable to all employees, including consultants, and all business partners in our upstream and downstream value chain. The statement reflects the corporate responsibility as defined in the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights which we have adopted.
Our business partners have a crucial role to play in safeguarding our commitment to meet the expectations of our stakeholders in business ethics and integrity.
