Italian filters distributor has become part of Atlas Copco Group

Nacka, Sweden, Oct 2, 2024: Easy Filtration SRL (“Easy Filtration”), an Italian company that distributes process filters and associated services, has become part of Atlas Copco Group.

Easy Filtration, located in Milan, was founded in 2013. The company has 9 employees and provides filter cartridges for air, gas and process liquids, filter housings and clean-in-place systems. The main customer groups are present within the industrial coatings, chemical, cosmetics and pharmaceutical sectors.

The purchase price is not disclosed. The business becomes part of the Medical Gas Solutions division within the Compressor Technique Business Area.
