Industrial pump distributor in the UK has become part of Atlas Copco Group

Nacka, Sweden, October 2, 2024: Kinder-Janes Engineers Ltd (“Kinder-Janes”), an industrial pump distributor headquartered in St. Albans, UK, has become part of Atlas Copco Group.

Kinder-Janes was founded in 1957 and has 20 employees.

 

Through this acquisition we can further expand and penetrate the UK pump market, in line with our strategy to provide even better and closer service to our customers,” said Andrew Walker, Business Area President Power Technique.

 

The purchase price is not disclosed. During 2023 the company had revenues of 12,5 MGBP (164 MSEK*). The company will become part of the Power and Flow division within the Power Technique Business Area.
