Hygienic pump manufacturer in the Netherlands has become part of Atlas Copco Group

Nacka, Sweden, October 2, 2024: Pomac BV (“Pomac”), a Dutch company which develops and manufactures hygienic pumps, has become part of Atlas Copco Group.
Pomac, founded in 1977 and headquartered in Tolbert, develops and manufactures a complete product range of hygienic pumps under the brand name Pomac Pumps. The pumps are used worldwide in various industries, mainly in the food & beverage industry.
“Through this acquisition we further expand our product portfolio within the industrial pump market with additional technology and a wide product portfolio,” said Andrew Walker, Business Area President Power Technique.
The purchase price is not disclosed. In 2023, the company's revenues were approximately MEUR 8,3 (MSEK 95,3*). Pomac has 23 employees.
The company becomes part of Power and Flow division, within the Power Technique Business Area.
