Compressor distributor in the Netherlands has become part of Atlas Copco Group

Nacka, Sweden, October 3, 2024: Perslucht Wilda B.V. (“Perslucht Wilda”), a compressor distributor headquartered in Woudenberg, Netherlands, has become part of Atlas Copco Group.

The acquisition of Perslucht Wilda has been finalized. The company provides portable air compressors, generators, light towers and small electric compressors and associated services and has 9 employees.

The purchase price is not disclosed

The company has become part of the service division within the Power Technique Business Area.
