Italian leak detection systems manufacturer has become part of Atlas Copco Group

Nacka, Sweden, November 8, 2024: The acquisition of ESA Service S.r.l, (“ESA Service”), a company designing and manufacturing leak detection and gas recovery systems, has been completed and the company has become part of Atlas Copco Group. 

ESA Service is headquartered at its manufacturing location in Treviglio, Italy. The company has 40 employees and in 2023 revenues amounted to 10.3 MEUR (MSEK 118*).

 

The purchase price is not disclosed.

 

The company has become part of the Scientific Vacuum division within the Vacuum Technique Business Area.
